For our Thanksgiving Day meal, we dined at The Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. An authentic replica of the famous Brown Derby in Hollywood, CA – known for fine food, good times, and glamorous company – the restaurant exquisitely captures the golden age of Hollywood.
As you step inside, the wood-paneled atmosphere is warm and inviting. Unique touches like brass derby lamps provide an ambient glow. Complete with the Derby’s Wall of Fame – caricatures of famous actors – we recognized Carole Burnet, Charo, and John Wayne.
Like Tiffins Restaurant, The Hollywood Brown Derby is a kid-friendly, signature dining experience. The meal and service were excellent and was the perfect choice to celebrate.

The Brown Derby Cioppino
During normal times, Disney offers a Fantasmic! lunchtime dining package option at The Hollywood Brown Derby, which is how I would book for my clients. For now, it is thoroughly enjoyable as a stand alone meal.
For less casual fare, you could always visit The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge for appetizers, wine and libations. This is the perfect spot to people watch and take in the sights and sounds of Hollywood Studios.

I hope this series of posts provide a little magic in your day. And when you’re ready to visit the Happiest Place on Earth, I’ll be here.
