This is our second time using Ebony Aelterman to book a Disney Cruise vacation. For our first Disney booking, being new to the whole process, Ebony was fantastic in helping us secure the cruise. She really pointed out which onboard activities to do, especially the Royal Gathering, which Disney offers only a select number of spots for. This particular onboard activity fills up quickly. I was able to secure a spot, and it ended up being a big hit with my 7-year-old daughter. It was the main thing she remembered from the cruise.

Additionally, Ebony provided us with weekly tips and guidance on what to expect on the Disney Cruise, which really helped us prepare. She responded to my multiple emails promptly and was always obliging. The experience was so magical and awesome for my daughter and me that we decided to plan another Disney cruise, and once again, we used Ebony to help us.

My husband and I just had an amazing 10th anniversary trip to Berlin and Paris, and we cannot thank our travel agent Ebony enough for making sure the trip wasn’t over before we left the US! Hurricane Helene was headed straight towards Atlanta and we decided the day before our scheduled flight to try to get out early to avoid the storm. While we were both at work and watching the weather, Ebony was making calls and texting us flight options. When we decided at 2pm on a flight leaving that night, she started making flight and hotel arrangements while we sped home to finish packing and leave for the 2 hour drive to the airport! She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to get us out ahead of the storm, which for us was absolutely priceless. Also, she helped us plan an absolutely amazing trip that we will treasure forever!

A huge thank you to Ebony Aelterman for planning a lovely trip to England and Scotland. We visited Edinburgh, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Churchill’s war rooms among other places, and even two day trips. We visited three villages in the Cotswolds one day and Highclere Castle (of Downtown Abbey fame) on another day. I could go on and on… it was wonderful. Everything went so smoothly. I would highly recommend taking advantage of such an experienced travel agent. She’s the best!

{Dominican Republic}

This was our family’s first non-packaged (i.e. pre programed bus trip) to Europe. Ebony skillfully guided me (the family planner) through the numerous details to bring 7 people from 3 different cities together for a two-week adventure in Rome and Santorini. Her planning was flawless and seamless; including airport transfers, centrally located hotels, and high quality excursions. Ebony’s guidance and recommendations directly contributed to the success of this “once in a lifetime” trip. I look forward to working with her again on our next adventure.

My daughter and I recently took an amazing trip to Punta Cana. We stayed in an all-inclusive resort and went on a special excursion. Ebony was amazing! She listened to all our requirements and nice-to-haves and made recommendations based on those. She was with us every step of the way, always providing guidance. She was so responsive throughout the entire process. She took the stress out of the planning. I highly recommend Ebony without reservation!

I’m not sure I’ll ever take another vacation without consulting Ebony first. This was the easiest vacation we’ve ever been on. Our kids had a blast and it was so much better for me to not be stressed out with details.
