My husband and I just had an amazing 10th anniversary trip to Berlin and Paris, and we cannot thank our travel agent Ebony enough for making sure the trip wasn’t over before we left the US! Hurricane Helene was headed straight towards Atlanta and we decided the day before our scheduled flight to try to get out early to avoid the storm. While we were both at work and watching the weather, Ebony was making calls and texting us flight options. When we decided at 2pm on a flight leaving that night, she started making flight and hotel arrangements while we sped home to finish packing and leave for the 2 hour drive to the airport! She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to get us out ahead of the storm, which for us was absolutely priceless. Also, she helped us plan an absolutely amazing trip that we will treasure forever!

A huge thank you to Ebony Aelterman for planning a lovely trip to England and Scotland. We visited Edinburgh, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Churchill’s war rooms among other places, and even two day trips. We visited three villages in the Cotswolds one day and Highclere Castle (of Downtown Abbey fame) on another day. I could go on and on… it was wonderful. Everything went so smoothly. I would highly recommend taking advantage of such an experienced travel agent. She’s the best!

This was our family’s first non-packaged (i.e. pre programed bus trip) to Europe. Ebony skillfully guided me (the family planner) through the numerous details to bring 7 people from 3 different cities together for a two-week adventure in Rome and Santorini. My daughter and I recently took an amazing trip to Punta Cana. We stayed in an all-inclusive resort and went on a special excursion. Ebony was amazing! Ebony took care of our Alaska trip from airplane reservations to Seattle, hotel and Seattle tour to cruise excursions to see wild bears and whale watching. Ebony handled all the details as well as provided recommendations for everything along the way. She kept track of everything and provided us with reminders of everything we needed to do. Ebony constructed the most amazing adventure for our family to Greece! All of our excursions were unique and tailor made to fit our wants and needs, with a young child. Ebony made sure that we were well taken care of through and quirks that came up. I can’t wait to plan our next trip with her!

Ebony organized a 5 night trip to the Dominican Republic for my husband and me. It was our first time away in 10 years and our first time leaving our kids! From the exploratory call from the beginning until the time we took off, Ebony took care of everything! She listened to what we were looking for in a trip and provided the best layout for us. Ebony, once again you helped us have a fantastic trip and a very special honeymoon!! We never wanted to leave La Toc. We focused so much on being close together. We soaked up everything we could there. We experienced such friendly workers. It was like the Chik Fil A of resorts…No problem, no worries, my pleasure was every response. The trip was amazing!! We I really liked having our free days spaced out in between the travel and tour guide days. We absolutely loved the spa in Hakone it was probably our favorite time! You were really clever with picking prime hotel locations! I am trying to put into words how well rounded the trip was and how I seemed to get to do virtually everything I wanted /expected from Japan. Thank you again for making our Japan dreams come true!
