Ebony organized a 5 night trip to the Dominican Republic for my husband and me. It was our first time away in 10 years and our first time leaving our kids! From the exploratory call from the beginning until the time we took off, Ebony took care of everything! She listened to what we were looking for in a trip and provided the best layout for us. She provided excellent pointers on travel and packing prior to the trip and also helped us make sure we had all our ducks in a row prior to leaving. She checked in and was available to us when we had delays on our trip home. I can’t recommend Ebony enough! Hopefully it won’t be another 10 years before our next trip.

Ebony, once again you helped us have a fantastic trip and a very special honeymoon!! We never wanted to leave La Toc. We focused so much on being close together. We soaked up everything we could there. We experienced such friendly workers. It was like the Chik Fil A of resorts…No problem, no worries, my pleasure was every response. We were welcomed warmly, thoroughly taken care of, and sent home with a goodbye song.

Ebony made sure we needed for nothing, and that we were informed and prepared in every way. Our travel process was super easy and seamless. We can’t wait for the next time!!

The trip was amazing!! We I really liked having our free days spaced out in between the travel and tour guide days. We absolutely loved the spa in Hakone it was probably our favorite time! You were really clever with picking prime hotel locations! I am trying to put into words how well rounded the trip was and how I seemed to get to do virtually everything I wanted /expected from Japan. Thank you again for making our Japan dreams come true!

We had the best time in Jamaica. The resort at Oyster Bay was beautiful and the food was awesome. Our room was so beautiful and it over looked the pool and the beach. We visited Negril and of course Ricks cafe. This is the second trip that Ebony has arranged for us and she knows exactly what we like. Thank you Ebony for another perfect vacation!!

Ebony guided us to make travel, lodging, transportation and time use decisions and was a very helpful advisor, especially when decision timing was critical. She was careful to get to know our priorities and did not ever attempt to push us toward directions which would not have met our own goals. Her knowledge of experiences available in the Washington D.C. area demonstrates diligent research and a very intelligent thought process. 

Her assistance contributed greatly to a 100 percent positive trip. We will definitely call on her again when we travel. 

This was a trip of a lifetime. {Santorini, Greece} I wanted to give a shout out to my next door neighbor Ebony. She is a travel agent and I happened to casually mention this was our dream vacation and she made it happen within our budget!!!! I’m still amazed we were able to go!!! She planned everything for us to make it stress free and relaxing.

Ebony organized our three-week family trip to Ireland, England and Scotland. The plans were clear, her communication was over the top and always available to us. We were a part of the planning. The rides and transfers were on time and 5-star. The hotels were above and beyond. Nice clean great amenities. She was flexible and adapted when we changed some logistics mid-trip.

The voucher system was user friendly. The flight work was seamless. And the occasional (and necessary) “rest day” moments were scheduled right on time. I can’t wait to ask Ebony to plan the next adventure.

{Beaches Negril} We had the best time!! If you have never been to a Beaches or Sandals resort… Book it today! It is all-inclusive and they are so easy to work with. Our travel agent, Ebony, had us Uber prepared and I was so happy we could move quickly through check points because she had taken care of everything. This is a trip that none of us will forget.. I hated leaving paradise!!

Ebony was very patient with my ever changing plans and booked us a stay at a lovely ranch. It was a perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Ebony accommodated our drastic change due to work schedules and other impediments. Patient and excellent communication, as well as exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, are descriptions I would use to describe Ebony. Can’t wait to plan the next adventure.

Ebony helped us book a last minute Spring Break trip. She worked quickly to get us a great package onboard NCL’s beautiful ship, the Encore. We enjoyed a wonderful Caribbean cruise and appreciate Ebony’s attention to detail, suggestions and assistance before and during our vacation.

Our flights out of Italy were cancelled and we would have been stranded, but thankfully my friend Ebony Aelterman with Family Travel Adventures LLC swooped in and rebooked flights, hotels and trains for us!! Disaster averted!! A beautiful trip for a beautiful wedding!!

We had a wonderful time! And BTW, your choice of room for us was absolutely perfect! And your tips about getting off the ship early were also super helpful! We made it to our car by 7:20! We also took your advice and wore our swimsuits onto the ship. We boarded at 12:45 and went straight to Oceaneers and Edge. Then we rode the AquaMouse twice (it was at a five minute wait) and then did lunch. It could not have gone any better.

Thank you so much for all of your help and recommendations. It really made this whole experience so much less overwhelming and freed us up to have a great vacation!

Ebony was fantastic to work with! She made planning our Disney vacation painless! We will definitely be working with her again (soon, I hope!).

This was our second time in as many years using Ebony to assist in planning our Disney World trip. We did not envision returning to Disney so soon after our 2023 trip but with how seamless Ebony makes it, it was a no brainer. She is very knowledgeable on all things Disney, gives you recommendations, but ultimately lets you decide what’s best for your family with no pressure. If you’re planning a trip to Disney (or anywhere, really), I would without a doubt use Ebony!

For our Disney trip, Ebony took care of everything, from securing tickets to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to reservations at our favorite restaurants. She even came through on a spur of the moment request which was getting us a Candlelight Processional dining package. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
