For our adult getaway, we stayed at The Westin Seattle. This iconic hotel features twin circular towers bridged by the common areas at the base. It is ideally located in the downtown area, within walking distance of many of the major attractions. With Seattle being one of the most walkable cities in the country, location was paramount, and The Westin Seattle did not disappoint.
We stayed in a Premium City View King room, which offered sweeping views of the city and Puget Sound. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. With the circular blueprint, the bathroom was slightly cramped, but with floor to ceiling views like this, who cares?!

There are two dining options on property; Relish Burger Bistro (encompassing Relish To Go), and 1900 Fifth Bar + Lounge. We typically grabbed breakfast at Relish which consisted of breakfast sandwiches, burritos and the like. As I have an egg intolerance, the staff was always kind enough to let me order my breakfast sandwich from the lunch menu. (Service was excellent all around.) Due to COVID Protocols, the dining area in Relish is closed with to go offerings only. The bar is open select nights.
Other amenities include a fitness center, small indoor pool, and FedEx Shipping Center, and gift shop.
Masks are optional for vaccinated guests.
The hotel is also conveniently located to the Monorail which takes you to Seattle Center, which houses the Seattle Center Armory, Space Needle, International Fountain, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center. More on these attractions in another post.

The Westin Seattle made for the perfect base for our Seattle adventure. I would absolutely recommend this property for adults and/or families.
