Thom and I just want to say THANK YOU so much for helping plan his surprise birthday trip to Nassau! As with our past trips with you, you were so responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. And you went above and beyond when we experienced travel delays. We were able to relax and enjoy it all, knowing that you had thought of everything and had our back.
