"I want to thank Ebony for her help planning our first DisneyWorld trip over spring break. She is quick to respond and has a wealth of info to share. She helped guide me through Genie + ahead of time so I was prepared when we arrived. My favorite thing she recommended was that we purchase the Photo Pass ahead of time. We did and now have nearly 300 beautiful pics of us throughout the parks. I recommend this extra to everyone. We will definitely be calling Ebony again for our next trip."

Over the weekend I came across a post in a travel group. The OP had recently gone on a cruise and her feedback was she wanted a future cruise where people "spoke American." Many of the comments were unkind. The OP eventually took it down. Here's my 2c.

She was always available to answer questions and offer help during the planning process and during the trip. We appreciate all she did for this experience we will never forget. We are already working with her on our next big adventure to Alaska. After that we must pick someplace warm. 😂"
