Ebony designed the perfect itinerary for a true Icelandic experience. We began in the serene countryside, then transitioned to a charming cottage with private thermal hot tubs which became the backdrop for one of the most extraordinary moments of our lives: watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky. No words can describe it! We ended the trip in Reykjavik in a hotel that easily rivaled our favorite 5-star properties. Its location made exploring the city effortless, and every recommendation she provided delivered something special.

Our private guide, Harpa, was exceptional. Ebony clearly chooses her partners with care. Harpa was knowledgeable, warm, safety-minded, and equally genuinely invested in our experience.

This trip exceeded every expectation, and we’re already looking forward to Hawaii in February, confident that Ebony has crafted another incredible journey.

Recently, Thomas and I spent an amazing vacation on the Disney Wish. Ebony Aelterman with Family Travel Adventures LLC set it all up and held my hand during the entire planning process! She was absolutely amazing and took all of the guesswork out of the trip. In fact, we had such a great time that we called her on our way home and she is currently planning a cruise for us in 2026. Me and Lance had the greatest time on our golf trip to Scotland. We got to play courses we only read about and the weather was great while we were there. Wow! We just returned from our {month long} “European sampler” and Ebony planned an amazing adventure for us!  There were so many moving parts, between air travel, train travel, accommodations, and excursions. Ebony guided us through it all with great patience. Was even available to answer some questions during her own vacation (sorry!!).  This is the third trip Ebony has planned for me and my family and we plan to use her knowledge and skills for all of our future trips! We are already brainstorming where we want to go next and know that wherever we go, Ebony will help us make it memorable! 

I can’t even count how many trips Mrs. Ebony has helped and booked for us! We went to Universal and Disney this time around and we loved it! Epic was really neat to see and the rides were great. Express passes were a must for us! Can’t wait to see where we will go next! Ebony is always so quick to respond, takes care of it all and can always answer my questions. Ebony helped us have another magical Disney vacation! She is very organized, prompt, sends itineraries and tips and tricks for each park, keeps you updated on all things you’d need to know. I have lost count of the number of trips Ebony has planned for me over the years.  I am grateful for her knowledge, guidance, planning, and PATIENCE each time! It was a first for me, but our most recent trip had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
