This is our second time using Ebony Aelterman to book a Disney Cruise vacation. For our first Disney booking, being new to the whole process, Ebony was fantastic in helping us secure the cruise. She really pointed out which onboard activities to do, especially the Royal Gathering, which Disney offers only a select number of spots for. This particular onboard activity fills up quickly. I was able to secure a spot, and it ended up being a big hit with my 7-year-old daughter. It was the main thing she remembered from the cruise.

Additionally, Ebony provided us with weekly tips and guidance on what to expect on the Disney Cruise, which really helped us prepare. She responded to my multiple emails promptly and was always obliging. The experience was so magical and awesome for my daughter and me that we decided to plan another Disney cruise, and once again, we used Ebony to help us.
